Kishoku opened in 2013 and has quickly become one of the premier sushi restaurants in Hong Kong. Their specialty is the Omakase, where the chef will pick and choose from the daily seafood arrivals directly from Japan. Try to book your seats at the sushi counter to feast your eyes on the seafood and the chefs’ art of sushi making. Alternatively, you can book yourselves at one of their private cubicles for an intimate meal with your loved one. DH is a fan of this restaurant and it’s exciting that we convinced the low-key establishment to do a little promotion so we could share this 'Hidden Gem'
